this is pretty self explanatory i think. i haven't ever really sung on any of my ian:o projects - though have worked on folk pieces with Paula, my wife...the rather obvious subject of this song. It was written about a year ago and came immediately without any re-working, whilst sitting at the piano. This is a love song. I wrote it mid 2018...which turned out to be the beginning of the toughest times of our life. There's a truth and honesty in the lyric and the heart of the song...I hope that you might be able to get something out of it too. I'm sorry for the poor quality of my singing voice, it's not great.
