John Peddie is a good friend of mine - a solid, creative and inspiring type. He's a deep thinker and does not like to flow with the status quo. John used to be in a punk band called Cephas. He was the lead singer and poured all his energy into being punk in his attitude to challenging the norms. John now runs a little production company - perfectly formed, making comms for companies. But I know he's still got that punk spirit at the heart of his outlook.

I wrote the music on a trip back from Spain, again, where I'd been working on a documentary project. I set myself the duration of the trip to come up with the track. I rather liked the outcome.
